Yes, this morning i woke to the sad news that Jade Goody has finally lost her fight against cancer. Jade Goody has died in her sleep at her home at 3.15am on mothers day.
Love her or hate her, she did it her way. “She’s touched the hearts and minds of people world wide”- Max Clifford.
Her mother Jackiey Budden said: “My beautiful daughter is at peace.”
Ms Budden and Tweed were at Goody’s side when she died, Mr Clifford said.
The star had been christened in a 20-minute ceremony at the Royal Marsden on 7 March while in a wheelchair and was assisted by nurses during the service.
Goody’s illness had featured in the media on a daily basis over recent weeks.
RIP Jade.

Sharon Osbourne has claimed that former fellow X Factor judge Dannii Minogue was part of the reality show only because she wanted to sleep with Simon Cowell.
The extraordinary outburst comes after mother-of-three, Sharon, denied a 1.6 million pounds offer for the last series of the show saying she didn’t want to sit next to Dannii for another six months.
“All Dannii wanted to do was f*** Simon Cowell. That’s why she’s on the show,” The Mirror quoted Osbourne as saying.
Speaking to former Mirror editor Piers Morgan for his new show on ITV1, the wife of rocker Ozzy also called Dannii’s plastic surgery “appalling”, despite going under the knife twice herself.
As per reports, Sharon, 56, compared Dannii, 37, to “a mosquito you want to flick away”.
The two ladies worked together on the 2007 X Factor series when tensions were said to be high.
The interview will be aired in April.
